Online Pre-Orders & Store Bonuses
DL Card Bonus:
- A card with a link to download the respective songs will be included in the CD as a bonus!
Shipping Locations:
- CDJapan and AmiAmi are the only shops that ship worldwide without (much) hassle.
- Toranoana has its own proxy service which can be used to ship overseas, but it can be tedious to use.
- HMV & BOOKS online has restrictions on where they’re able to be shipped to (e.g. Not available for Indonesia).
- For all other vendors, you can order from them through a proxy. I recommend Tenso and Blackship.
